1. Cancellation by Guest
   • Cancellation more than 30 days before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount, minus any processing fees.
   • To cancel your reservation, please contact us directly via email or phone. The cancellation request must be received in writing.


2. No-Show Policy
   • If you do not show up for your reservation and do not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued, and you will be charged for the full booking amount.


3. Early Departure
   • In the event that you check out earlier than the scheduled date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights of your stay.


4. Cancellation by Serene Escapes Luxury Villas
   • While we strive to ensure that all bookings are honoured, there may be unforeseen circumstances that require us to cancel a booking. In the rare event that we need to cancel your reservation:
   • We will notify you as soon as possible.
   • You will receive a full refund for the amount paid for the booking.
   • If possible, we will offer alternative accommodation options based on availability.


5. Refund Process
   • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method used for the booking.
   • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Changes to Reservation
   • Date Change: If you wish to change the dates of your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days before the original check-in date. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
   • Guest Name Change: If you need to change the guest name on your reservation, please notify us in advance. We may require verification or additional documentation.


7. Force Majeure
   • Serene Escapes Luxury Villas is not liable for cancellations or refund requests caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events.
