Rules of the Villa
Dear Guest,
The following has to be adhered by the guest:.
Unregistered guest are not permitted to stay overnight at the villa – if found Rs.10,000/- per person will be charged.
No firearms or illegal substances / activities are allowed at the villa. Anyone found arranging and participating in illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
All the guest Ids to be provided at the time of check in
No Loud music permitted outdoors after 10 pm
Check in time after 2 pm. Check out time is 11:30 am.
Breakfast will be served till 11 am only.
Service timings at the villa between 8 am – 10:30 pm, any service required after that. should be prior intimated to the manager.
If any of these rules are not followed, the manager of the villa will have the right to ask the guest to Check Out without refund.
Security deposit needs to be handed over to the Manager/Caretaker on arrival, any damages to the property will be deducted from the security deposit.
Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the pool. If found, Cost of changing pool water to be borne by the Guest.
Smoking inside the villa is not allowed although you are free to smoke near the poolside / balcony. If found smoking inside the villa, a Fine of Rs. 2000/- per instance will be charged.
DJ Music and loud speakers are not allowed. Thank You!
