   2. Booking and Payment
      • A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment as per the booking policy.
      • A security deposit may be required at the time of check-in. This will be refunded after checkout, provided no damages occur.
      • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or any other options specified during the booking process.
   3. Cancellation Policy
      • Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
      • Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will incur a cancellation fee as outlined in your booking confirmation.
      • No refunds for no-shows or early checkouts.
   4. Check-In and Check-Out
      • Check-in: From 2:00 PM
      • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
      • Early check-ins or late check-outs may incur additional charges and must be pre-arranged.
   5. Guest Responsibilities
      • Guests must provide accurate personal details during the booking process.
      • Guests are responsible for the behaviour of all individuals in their party and for any damages caused during their stay.
      • Smoking is not allowed inside the property unless designated areas are specified.
   6. Use of Property
      • The property is for residential use only. Events or parties require prior approval and may incur additional charges.
      • Pets are not allowed unless explicitly agreed upon during the booking process.
   7. Liability
      • We are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
      • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, we reserve the right to modify or cancel your booking, and refunds will be at our discretion.

      • All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of Serene Escapes Luxury Villas. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
   9. Privacy Policy
