Security Deposit

At Luxury Villas, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of comfort and quality for all our guests. To safeguard our properties, a refundable security deposit is required for every booking.

1. Security Deposit Amount

The security deposit amount depends on the size of the villa booked:

  • 3 BHK – ₹30,000
  • 4 BHK – ₹40,000
  • 5 BHK – ₹50,000
  • 6 BHK – ₹60,000
  • 7 BHK – ₹70,000
  • 8 BHK – ₹80,000
  • Up to 12 BHK – ₹1,20,000

⚠ Please Note:

  • Security deposit amounts may vary depending on the specific booking.
  • The owners reserve the right to revise the security deposit amount at any time.
  • During long weekends, festive seasons, peak dates, or special events, the security deposit may be higher than the standard slab mentioned above.

2. Payment of Security Deposit

  • The security deposit must be paid prior to or at the time of check-in.
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, card, or cash (as applicable).

3. Purpose of Security Deposit

The deposit covers:

  • Any damage to the property or its contents
  • Excessive cleaning beyond standard housekeeping
  • Loss of keys, remotes, or access devices
  • Violation of house rules
  • Any unpaid dues or additional services

4. Inspection & Deductions

  • A property inspection will be conducted at check-out.
  • Any damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in partial or full deduction.
  • Guests will be informed with proper details in case of deductions.

5. Refund Timeline

  • If no damages or violations are found, the deposit will be immediately refunded at check out or max in 24 hrs.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment wherever possible.

6. Important

Failure to comply with house rules, including unauthorized parties, excess occupancy, or property misuse, may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
